Fresh Spectrum offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (in any condition) for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your items using the return label that we provide to you. We cannot issue a refund for your items until we have received the return package.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

At Fresh Spectrum, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If the product you received is not as expected, you can exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at [email protected]. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Shipping

Currently, Fresh Spectrum ships to all states in the U.S., excluding Idaho.

In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, please contact customer support and we will arrange for a replacement or an exchange.
